Hello C, just wanna say the content resonates with me. I am also doing similar things, like having a journal tracking my progress but in a less sophisticated way (cos' I just use 普通單行本 :P). Also, I found using physical paper comparing with electronic journal, such experience seems carry much more emotional depth. Thanks for sharing the newsletter!

Thank you for your response! After ample experimentation, I found that combining physical notebooks (for free flow thoughts) with digital notetaking (for organisation and easy access) works best for me. Changing to Field Notes helped in that i can easily put it in my backpocket and so can write down any thoughts that arise, but really any kind of notebook could do if you are not too keen on the design aspects.

Have fun with your process!

I think it's important to get together with close friends to share progress on your projects and/or your state of mind, whatever that may be. You can always learn something useful by sharing in a group. I suppose it's a test of how far you've come in your self-discipline when you interact with others.

And you're right, nothing is more important than good health.
